Extract Data	Extract data from your RMS		Automate the process of extracting data from a records management system into a local database. The Data Juggler provides a simplified user interface to connect to an RMS and extract data into a more useable and understandable format such as Microsoft Access.	Extract data from your Records Management System to be used in a more user-friendly desktop environment. Make much needed modifications to the data automatically with easy to use concatenation, data mapping, and value replacement functions. Completely automate your data downloads through a “smart” date feature and the ability to schedule the Data Juggler to run off-hours.
Translate Data	Translate your data into a more manageable format.		Data Juggler provides the ability to change your downloaded data into more easily understandable formats. Data Juggler memorizes all the codes and their literal interpretation and changes the codes to the literal values so you can understand them. The Data Juggler will automatically add a Sequence Number to each record in a table. This allows you to combine records into a single report.	Tiburon RMS users, this feature is for you. Combine individual lines of a police report stored as unique rows into one memo field for easy reading and analysis. Add sequence number to a table based on data stored in any variable. Convert text stored in Word documents to useable and searchable database fields.
Repair data	Fix problematic data automatically.		Remove unwanted spaces from your Data, so you can query your data knowing that the correct records will be retrieved. Data Jugglers TRIM command automatically removes extra spaces from every variable in each table ensuring the accuracy of your data.	Trims a single field or entire tables. Easily link to important tables in your RMS quickly and easily. We have most of the major RMS databases already translated. We will provide them free to jumpstart your translations.
